Eldos Suspect arrested for attempted murder and possession of stolen state Property
The suspect was arrested at Main Road and Mahonie Street in Eldorado Park.
The members of the Gauteng Anti-Gang Unit (AGU) acted swiftly on information regarding a wanted attempted murder suspect on May 13.
The information indicated that the suspect was driving a silver Renault vehicle with a confirmed registration number.
While patrolling the area of Main Road and Mahonie Street in Eldorado Park, AGU members spotted the vehicle in question.

Upon stopping the car, the team identified themselves and requested permission to search both the driver and the car.
During the consensual search, the members discovered a police bulletproof vest, a police bulletproof bag, and a blue cable tie located in the front passenger seat.
The driver claimed the items belonged to his girlfriend and stated he was unaware of her place of employment.

The driver was arrested for possessing suspected stolen state property and was taken to a local police station for detention.
