Boys FC rout Eldos Gunners FC 6-0

Boys FC thrash Eldos Gunners FC 6-0 in local football league.

The Boys FC delivered a devastating 6-0 defeat to Eldos Gunners FC in the Eldorado Park Local Football Association Super League at Ext 6 Soccer Field on October 27.

Suhail De Koker and Leevin Zacheus led the charge with braces, while Riaaz Rubridge and Nathaniel Ferguson added solo goals to seal the convincing victory.

Boys FC coach Francois Kemp praised his team’s performance, citing their ability to capitalise on scoring opportunities. “We played an excellent game, attacking on all fronts and moving the ball effectively.

“Our defense was solid, and we opened up spaces to create scoring chances.”

Boys FC cruised past Eldos Gunners FC with a convincing win.

However, Kemp’s joy was tempered by a red card received in the final minute of the game for dissent.

“Other than that, we were excellent. We’re happy to have secured the points.”

In contrast, Eldos Gunners FC coach Lyle Kruger was disappointed with his team’s lackluster display.

“We had a very poor game – no passion, no commitment, and players lacked energy. Defensive mistakes early on cost us dearly.”

The coach emphasised that passion, commitment, and dedication cannot be coached.

“Players must look within themselves and decide how to move forward from this setback. After last weekend’s good result, this performance is a disappointment,” said Kruger.

The loss serves as a wake-up call for Eldos Gunners FC, who will need to regroup and refocus to bounce back from this crushing defeat.
