Yoga classes at Corrie Rec Centre

Free classes to be hosted at the Coronationville Recreation Centre from January 27-29.

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline that originated in ancient India with a view to attaining a state of permanent peace in your live.

Layla Nizam has taken over the yoga classes at the Coronationville Recreation Centre and is hosting three open days on January 27-29, where all classes over the three days will be free.

“Yoga is for all ages and also great for keeping youngsters busy,” said Nizam
