‘Far from knowing the truth’
Suspect appears for Luke Tibbetts' murder.
The suspect arrested for the killing of Luke Tibbetts (3) is appearing today at the Newlands Court.
He faces a schedule six offense for the killing of Tibbetts, last Saturday.
The court heard of 18 different cases against the suspect which includes charges of murder, attempted murder and possession of a firearm.
The accused’s lawyer, Rowen Meth says: “The police need to get their house in order because they still haven’t addressed my client. We are far from finding out the truth of what has happened on August 2, because there is more shooters involved.”
The case has been postponed to August 29 for further investigations.
He will be transferred to Johannesburg Prison until he appears again.
