Easy five-petal paper flower craft
Are you looking for something fun to do with your preschooler today? Why not help them make this very easy paper flower craft?
If you believe paper crafts were only for older children, you’re mistaken! Here’s a fun paper craft you and your preschooler can do today.
What you need
- Coloured square paper
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Glue
How to make it
- Choose a paper that is easy to fold. Square-shaped paper is best for making this flower craft.
- Fold the square in half and mark the one-third point on the top-left edge of the paper with a rule.
- Pull the bottom right corner of the paper up to the one-third mark on the top left.
- Fold the bottom left corner over the right side of the paper.
- Fold the top right corner of the paper over the left border.
- At the bottom, you will have a pointed edge. Cut along the horizontal line formed by the paper’s edge. The end outcome should be a wedge.
- Draw a half-circle from the top left corner of the wedge down to a half-inch above the bottom right border.
- Cut along the line and unfold the fold to create a five-petal flower.
