Indulgent Amarula chocolate pudding

This smooth dark chocolate-flavoured mousse with exotic Amarula crème and made with cream cheese is the perfect Saturday treat.

This chocolate and Amarula mousse by LANCEWOOD® is decadent, creamy, and completely delicious. It’s a great way to end a dinner with family or friends.


  • 230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
  • 160 ml Amarula
  • 75 g dark chocolate, melted
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • Edible flower(s) or mint for decorating


  1. Beat the cream cheese and half of the Amarula together until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining Amarula and beat until smooth.
  3. Add the melted chocolate in a thin stream while beating continuously. Scrape down the sides and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Spoon into 4 small serving or wine glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Dust with cocoa powder and decorate with flowers before serving.
