A Springs business was robbed by four armed men

A business robbery was reported at the Springs Police Station on Saturday.

A man, his wife and two DJs were allegedly still in the pub at the Springs Airfield when he noticed four armed men at the door.

Ramphora says the robbers entered and ordered the four victims to hand over their jewellery.

They also took a jacket, the victims’ shoes, identity documents and their bank cards.

The victims were taken to the toilet by the robbers who ordered them to stay there until they had left.

According to Ramphora, after a while one man went to investigate and noticed the robbers had gone.

They called the Springs police.

No arrests have been made.
