Ekurhuleni offices closing for the season
Make provision for electricity and other needs from the municipality.
Ekurhuleni’s administrative offices, libraries, selected rates halls and pay-points will be closed between Christmas and New Year.
They will close from 1pm on December 24 and will re-open on January 5.
Themba Gadebe assured residents that the emergency services and the essential services such as the refuse collection, as well as the electricity and water services will be on duty and do business as usual.
He advises residents to utilise these numbers in cases of emergencies:
n for life-threatening emergencies 011 458 0911 or 10177 or 12 from mobile phones.
n For municipal services, 0860 543 0000.
Gadebe also reminds residents to pay their municipal accounts on time and utilise facilities such as the online method of www.e-siyakhokha.co.za
