Post office staff going back to court

All protest actions are illegal until then.

The post office staff and management have to be at the Labour Court again on March 24 after an urgent appeal was lodged on Monday at the court in Johannesburg.

Mlu Mathonsi, the post offices’s chief operating officer says the court has rejected the urgent application of the post office to set aside the certificate of non-resolution and to stop any industrial action.

The parties have to be back on March 24 when both management and the workers will have a chance to provide their arguments about why the certificate of non-resolution is valid or not.

All protest actions are illegal until then.
