Metro focuses on leak

The leak, which has allegedly been a problem since last year, has accumulated into a pool of a large amount of clean water.

The leak, which was reported by the Addie, will be fixed today Tuesday (January 12) according the metro.

A local resident, Anthony Pretorius, reported the problem last week as he was “concerned about the continuous running of water”.

“Ekurhuleni Metro and Rand Water technicians will jointly work tirelessly to repair the leak reported at Argon Road,” says metro spokesman Themba Gadebe.

The leak, which has allegedly been a problem since last year, has accumulated into a pool of a large amount of clean water.

“The metro wishes to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the leak,” says Themba.
