Courtney Redhill (91), who was born on October 25, 1925, died in Springs on June 13, after a short illness.
Education: Springs Primary School and Springs Boys’ High School.
Career: At a young age Redhill took over ownership of his family estate agency business after his father died.
Community: He was a past president of the Springs Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the Rotary Club of Springs for many years.
He joined the Probus Club after he retired in 1990.
Family: He is survived by his four children, Barbara Christel, Kally Feinstein, Valerie Marbon and Steven Jacobson, seven grandchildren and two-great grandchildren.
Memorial service: A service was held at a guest house in Selcourt on June 16.
