Warning: Extreme heat and veld fires predicted

WeatherSA has warned of high veld fire conditions in places over Gauteng as well as extremely hot conditions and high discomfort values.

Hot and humid weather will result in extremely uncomfortable conditions.

Temperatures as high as 34°C and a low of 15°C are expected during the week.

So far 30% chance of rain is expected for most of the week, except for Saturday when 60% is expected.
