While cashing up one of the employees saw three suspects approaching her as they were about to close the shop at 6.55pm.

SAPS spokesman, Capt Johannes Ramphora, says one suspect pulled out a firearm and pointed it at two employees and ordered them to the back of the shop.
“The suspects ordered one of the employees to open the safe and the cellphone cabinet,” he says.
The suspects took R70 000 in cash from the safe and an undisclosed amount of cellphones before leaving the shop.

Ramphora says the trio also took one of the employee’s cellphone.
