Participants struggled through crawlers, hurdles, uneven bouncy castles and a sack race.
The teams had to work together as they helped the slower members of their team get through the various obstacles.
“It was really hard for us, and we struggled at times but we just had to push through.
“Everything we do, we do as a team.
“We always support each other in everything we do, so this was no different for us,” says Celeste Coetzee, who was part of the team from the Zoe Tutor Centre.
The team took about 20 minutes to get through the course but the taste of victory was sweet as they were awarded their medals at the end of the race.
There was no winner of the race, but the value of teamwork was emphasised and fun was had by all.
