Guided group tour through Melville Koppies Central. Sets off 8.30am sharp. Park in the upper car park at Marks Park, Judith Road, Emmarentia. Then walk across Judith to the entrance opposite. • Join Hospice East Rand for Great Balls Of Fire! The Tale of Jerry Lee Lewis starring Jonathan Roxmouth. The bus leaves hospice’s offices at 218 Kemston Avenue, Western Extension, Benoni at 1pm and the show, which is being staged at Montecasino, starts at 3pm. First Wednesday of the month
• Join the Boksburg Hiking Club for a meeting at the Atlas Bowling Club, corner of Denel North and Atlas Road, Bonaero Park. Braai fires will be ready from 5.30pm for a bring and braai.
