Joubert spoils Vita Nova residents
Residents at Vita Nova went to bead with toasty feet on Saturday after they received new socks.
There were plenty of smiles and happy faces all round as Sanet Joubert spoiled the residents of Vita Nova with new socks and a hearty meal on Saturday morning.
Joubert, in partnership with a local business and crèche, arrived early at the centre.

“I couldn’t do it on Mandela Day so I decided to come today.
“I had a lot of help from people and the residents of Rus ‘n Bietjie Old Age Home knitted 100 pairs of socks for the residents here.
“There’s rice, pap, snacks, potjie and cooldrink and I’m going to feed all the residents and staff here,” says Joubert.

Joubert’s good work did not end at Vita Nova as she had planned to the Sanel Geduld Centre (Epilepsy South Africa) to treat the residents there.
