4th Avenue square a big mess
It was apparent the metro had not done any maintenance on the property in months.
The abandoned square at the intersection on 4th Avenue and 8th Street is an eyesore for residents and businesses.
The Addie visited the scene, (which is where the old Spar used to be), and found the grass was overgrown and there were rubbish and rubble everywhere.
