Keeping fit, supporting Springs businesswomen

The price of your ticket includes five fitness sessions, a goodie bag and the chance to win fabulous prizes.

The Clique will be hosting a woman’s fitness morning at Stable Inn on August 17 in celebration of the women of Springs.

The morning, which is only one in a series of events being organised for women in Springs, will see four fitness professionals guiding those in attendance through some of the core exercises of each of their disciplines which include yoga, pilates, aerobics and kickboxing.

Local female-owned companies have also been invited to display their wares and network in a bid to get Springsites supporting one another.
