You may have to take your little one with you on your Black Friday adventure.

And with all that traffic, you will have to think of ways to keep them safe.

We do not want them getting lost or injured, as you dash between a few good deals.

Here are some ways to ensure that your baby ‘sticks’ with you.

Method 1 Step 1: You need a towel that is wide enough to cover your baby and your torso comfortably and leave some breathing space.
Method 1 Step 2: Put your baby in the middle of your back. The towel should cover the baby’s body from the neck down. If your baby is tall, you may have to separate his legs, around your waist.
Method 1 Step 3: Secure the top and bottom ends of the towel tightly. Make sure the baby has a little breathing space and to turn his/her neck.
Method 1 Step 4: Use a big safety pin to make sure that the towel does not unravel.
Method 2 Step 1: For a more updated method, use a breathable material. It can be two metres long and one metre wide.
Method 2 Step 2: Place baby on your chest, facing you. Find the centre of the material, and that point should be vertical on the baby’s back.
Method 2 Step 3: Pull both ends behind you, and each one across your back towards your shoulders.
Method 2 Step 4: From over your shoulders, lay the material over the baby, from both ends. The secure at the back.
Once properly secured, the material should create a cocoon for the baby, with some breathing space. It is safer to keep your child’s head free. Now you are ready to shop!
