Get active with Hospice East Rand

If you are looking for something fun to do on Friday ( May 29), Hospice East Rand may have just the thing for you.

Join the team in a virtual Zumba class which will be hosted to raise funds for the Benoni-based charity which serves patients and their families across the East Rand.

At a cost of R80 per person, the code and link for the course will be provided as soon as your money has been paid to Hospice.

The 60-minute class can be viewed on Zin Studio at any time between 4pm and 9pm and it will be presented by various members of the Zumba community.

“Entry for the event will be deposited into Hospice’s bank account, but participants need to contact Antoinette on 083 307 2001 or info@zdancefitness.co.za once they’ve made payment to obtain their link,” says Hospice’s marketing and media liaison Jonquil Siepman.

Zumba is an aerobic workout that is combined with dance moves to ensure a fun way to lose calories.

“The money received will be used for personal protective equipment to protect nurses and our patients during interactions,” Siepman explains.
