
Kwa-Thema – Non-profit organisation Boikano Ba Botshelo held an outreach programme on Saturday in Reedville.
The NPO donated food parcels and warm clothes to those in need.
Founder Ntombane Kganyago says: “I grew up in a household of givers; my grandparents were pastors, therefore, serving the community has always been a norm.

“We would like to thank Hillside church and Reagile NPO for providing us with food parcels, all the individuals that donated clothes and wish to thank Mamelodi Sundowns Gauteng coordinator for gracing our event.”
One beneficiary Dikeledi Mothibedi says the food will make a huge difference in her family’s life.
“For starters, both my husband and I are unemployed and we have four children who must be taken care of.

“I am also on medication, and you will find that at times we do not have food at home which means I won’t be able to take my medication.
“My heartfelt gratitude to all those who made it possible for us to receive the food parcels.
“My family and I will be taken care of for the next couple of weeks and I will be able to take my medication properly.”

The organisation is open to the public for donations and contributions.
Families in need of help can also visit the organisation at 20 Masike Street in Kwa-Thema.
