Afriforum donates Covid-19 supplies to Epilepsy SA

The centre was in urgent need of supplies such as hand sanitisers, masks and gloves, and reached out to Afriforum for help.

Afriforum Springs donated Covid-19 supplies to Epilepsy SA at the Daggafontein centre on Friday morning.
The centre was in urgent need of supplies such as hand sanitisers, masks and gloves, and reached out to Afriforum for help.

“We were more than happy to assist. These people are some of the most vulnerable in society and those are the kind of people we want to help the most,” said Afriforum Springs chairperson Cornel Swart.
Director of the Epilepsy SA Gauteng branch Magdelene Kruger said: “We are very grateful for their donation. There are 79 people who live at this centre. We were hit hard by Covid-19 and the lockdown.”
