The Springs SPCA hosted a fun run/walk at the Stable Inn on Ermelo Road on Sunday morning.
The race started at 8am and hundreds of runners gathered at the starting line.

The event also provided small businesses the opportunity to sell their goods, which included food, toys and homemade products.
Water slides and jumping slides provided entertainment for the children.
Live music by Rocco van Schalkwyk and Eugene Nel made for a vibrant atmosphere.
An auction was also held where some great prizes were up for grabs.
All proceeds from the event will go to the SPCA to ensure a high quality of life for the animals in the care of the society.
