A tasty, easy to make recipe bound to please the whole family.

Ingredients
4 cups finely grated carrots
410g can fine pineapple with the juice
2 packets pineapple jelly

Half can condensed milk Method
• Mix the pineapple jelly with two cups of boiling water and when the water has evaporated, let it cool down.
• In a large mixing bowl mix the carrots, pineapple, jelly mixture and condensed milk.
• Spray the ring pan, mold or bowl with Spray and Cook.
• Pour the mixture in the mold and place in the refrigerator to set.
• Before serving, unmold on a serving plate and garnish as you like.
