A 38-year-old man was found dead in a veld in San Salvado Street in Reedville on Wednesday morning.
It is alleged the deceased, who was armed with a gun, was chased by a group of armed men.

Paramedics declared the victim dead on the scene and confirmed he had two gunshot wounds, one in his forehead and the other in his thigh.
A murder docket was opened.
