Grade One learners excited for the start of school

The learners showed no sign of nerves as they settled into their new school, last Monday.

The Grade One learners at Montessori Private Primary briefly attended school before they were forced to close again.
The school, which has 65 Grade One learners, opened for the new academic year on January 13, and had taken every precaution to adhere to the lockdown regulations.

Learners were cool and collected as they attended ‘big school’ for the first time.
Many adjusted quickly to their new surroundings and were soon making friends.
The Advertiser paid a visit to the school on Thursday morning and found the learners either hard at work or play.
