An article published in last week’s Advertiser, Truck driver charged after fatal crash, erroneously reported the driver of a truck involved in a fatal accident on the N17 on April 18 was charged with culpable homicide.
The driver was not charged and a case of culpable homicide is being investigated by Springs SAPS.
The Advertiser apologises for any negative impact to the dignity, privacy or reputation of those involved.
