A 21-year-old domestic worker was left unharmed during a home invasion in Persida last Wednesday afternoon.
Springs police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora said the victim was in the Bosman Street home washing dishes when she heard a knock at the front door.
She then saw a man approach the kitchen window and spoke to him.
While talking to the man, the victim saw a second man enter the kitchen, and he pointed a gun at her.

The men gained entry to the house through the front door after forcing open the security gate.
