Local fast food restaurant treats residents of Springs Retirement Village

The village’s administration and liaison officer, Thuli Radebe, said the visit by the restaurant was unexpected but most welcome and they were grateful for the donation.

Nando’s Springs treated the residents at the Springs Retirement Village to a delicious meal last Thursday evening.
The donation was part of the company’s Nelson Mandela Day celebrations.

The village’s administration and liaison officer, Thuli Radebe, said the visit by the restaurant was unexpected but most welcome and they were grateful for the donation.

“We were all blown away by the initiative, especially after the week we had. Thank you so much Nando’s on behalf of all our residents, we really appreciate the gesture,” said Jill Edgar, from the retirement village.
