Mother and sons tied up during home invasion

The men took R7 500 from the house.

A Slovo Park family was tied up with shoelaces during a home invasion last Friday afternoon.
The homeowner told the police she was in the lounge with her two children when they heard a knock at the door.
Her son went to the door and found two men, who he let into the house.
Once they were inside, the men informed the homeowner they were there to borrow money.

They tied up the woman and her two sons with shoelaces and took several pairs of shoes, three cellphones and R7 500 in cash before fleeing.
