Thirteen-year-old announced overall winner in dance competition

With over 3 000 participants in the Germiston Eisteddfod gala event competition, Hope Bailey was the overall winner in the junior dance section on October 12.

The competition was held at Germiston High School and hosted by Anne-Lise Halgryn and Riaan van Niekerk.

Bailey’s recent achievement is the result of the hard work of her Dance Directions instructor Mariska Wolmarans.
