The principal elaborated on the potential that the park in front of the school has.

The principal of Bucking Academy in Strubenvale, Catherine Bauthier, reached out to the community and other stakeholders during an informative meeting at the school on Saturday morning.

The idea behind the gathering was to get to know guests as well as residents in the vicinity of the school.

“We would love to take hands with our community and get involved in a manner that would be beneficial to everyone,” explained Bauthier.

She elaborated on the potential that the park in front of the school holds for both the community and the learners and expressed the hope that residents will embrace the vision of the school.

Visitors also looked into the day-to-day activities at the school, whereafter everyone was treated to some delightful treats and something to drink.
