Laerskool Selection Park shows off at 2023 Interschools
School athletes show their mettle.
The 2023 inter-primary was hosted by Laerskool Christiaan Beyers and Selcourt Primary School at Laerskool Selection Park on Tuesday.
It was a day of good laughs and special moments for the athletes and teachers.
The following Laerskool Selection Park learners set records:
Zetske Krige ran 14.50 seconds in the U10 girls 100m.
Megan Cunha competed in the U11 girls’ 80m with a time of 11.41 seconds and the U11 girls’ 100m in 14.41 seconds.
The school also won in the shotput, long jump, high jump, sprints, hurdles, and middle distances.
Other schools that participated include Strubenvale Primary School and Selpark Primary School.
The school congratulated every athlete, coach, and parent who dedicated their time to the event.
