Laerskool Jan Van Riebeeck is a balance of school and fun

Laerskool Jan Van Riebeeck stays busy between sports, arts and having fun while learning.

The school had an array of activities and events lined up over the recent weeks. Children and teachers dressed up as some of their favourite book characters to celebrate reading.

The school’s first-ever revue dance group competed in the South African Revue Competition, Kaleidoscope and TYAF.

They then participated in a friendly rugby and netball tournament against Aston Manor Primary.
