Park runners and walkers enjoy the outdoors on Saturday morning

Bring your friends and family for some fun-filled exercise.

A total of 170 park runners and walkers set off on a misty early autumn Saturday morning.

The weekly run that is hosted at President’s Park was well attended with 16 first-time participants coming to the event.

Sixteen volunteers had their hands full helping old and new participants navigate the 5km trail.

Participants ran, jogged or walked the distance; claiming 21 new personal bests in attempting to beat the male and female division records.
