Help kids with cancer
Cupcakes of Hope has dedicated itself to supporting children battling cancer through the power of baking.
Do you enjoy baking and helping those in need?
If so, Cupcakes of Hope (COH) calls on individuals to volunteer, bake, or donate to National Cupcake Day 4 Kids with a cancer fundraiser at Springs Mall on October 1.
COH has dedicated itself to supporting children with cancer through the power of baking.
This month, during International Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and in the run-up to National Cupcake Day on September 30, the organisation is rallying South Africans to “Bake Hope, Sprinkle Joy” and help impact the concerning figures, one cupcake at a time.
For COH to further its mission, people are invited to don their aprons and whip up some batter with their own Party of Hope during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month this month.
There are two ways you can get involved:
• Host a Party of HOPE
Email bake@cupcakesofhope.org to register for your fundraiser. Let your friends, family, neighbours, or colleagues know you’re baking and take their orders. Bake 24 or 48 cupcakes and collect the funds. Donate the proceeds to COH.
• Join National Cupcake Day on September 30. Bakers can pledge their contributions at bake@cupcakesofhope.org by September 23. Bake 24 or 48 cupcakes. Deliver them at the located stall in Springs Mall on September 30.
If you can’t join in the baking festivities during International Childhood Cancer Awareness Month or National Cupcake Day, donate here: https://cupcakesofhope.org/donate/
For corporates, there’s a golden opportunity to leave a lasting legacy. Supporting COH can take many forms – financial donations, in-kind gifts, or even baking ingredients.
Every contribution counts, bringing relief and support to a child battling cancer.
