Rachel bags matron of the year award
The matron says she was surprised to receive the award.
Rachel Mabaso, the matron for Springs Retirement Village, was named matron of the year during the Methodist Homes awards ceremony.
The matron, who has been working for the retirement village for eight years, says she was shocked when she was awarded the trophy.
Rachel extends her many thanks to her manager, Cheree van Heerden, the admin staff and her family for their support and for standing with her always.
