Veritas Prep leaders inducted
Seventeen learners from Veritas College Preparatory School were appointed.
Veritas College Preparatory School’s newly appointed leadership body and pre-preparatory school monitors body attended an induction evening on May 14.
The induction follows the learners’ appointment to the leadership body in April. They received their badges, signed and said the leadership pledges.
The leaders are Christina Christodoulou, Shiluva Maluleka, Resego Mamogale, Nompumelelo Ndaba, James McGurk, Minenhle Sibiya, Khutso Nhlapo, Bokamoso Mokoena, Benjamin Kleynhans, Demika Stewart, Mirella de Freitas, Zakithi Mboulou Eyi, Ifeladun Oladejo, Elyon Kassa, Morgen-Tyla Grafe, Enyi Li and Ntokozo Cele.
All executive leaders and leaders are assigned specific duties and classes to look after.
Their duties include assisting teachers on break duty, looking after a class at line-up and in the hall during assemblies, assisting school functions, and assisting teachers by monitoring discipline and behaviour to maintain an atmosphere of friendly cooperation, peace, discipline, and unity in the school.
