Ekurhuleni officials improve the SPCA’s parking on Mandela Day.

Representatives from Customer Relations Management and the roads and stormwater and environmental affairs departments of the CoE joined the 67 minutes for Mandela Day festivities to paint 75 tyres at the Springs SPCA.

The roads department officials were hands-on in levelling the crusher stone for the SPCA’s parking area.
