Pageant crowns Junior Miss Springs winners

Die Agterplaas in Casseldale hosted the Junior Miss Springs 2024 beauty pageant on August 17.

Young contestants from Springs and the surrounding areas entered, and the finalists participated in the grand finale.

Contestants aged between three and 16 strutted their stuff on stage. The categories include Petite Miss, Little Miss, Junior Miss and Teen Miss.

The results:

• Petite Miss (three to six years)
• Petite Miss Springs: Zanokuhle Ntshangase.
• First princess: Janine van Rensburg.
• Second princess: Madison Fourie.
• Little Miss (seven to nine years)
• Little Miss Springs: Mienke van der Sandt.
• First princess: Kaitlyn Labuschagne.
• Second princess: Danell von Hagen.
• Junior Miss (10 to 12 years)
• Junior Miss Springs: Karabo Masango.
• First princess: Jessica Gouws.
• Second princess: Rina Coetzee.
• Teen Miss (13 to 16 years)
• Teen Miss Springs: Twaney Gray.
• First princess: Ariphaho Vele.
• Second princess: Ashley Crawford.

The Miss Springs grand finale will be on August 31 at the same venue.
