• November 1
The popular Eastern Gauteng Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s annual golf day promises to be a fun-filled day of good golf, excellent prizes and the opportunity to network with the local business community. Call Barbara-Ann Day on 082 450 1130.

• November 2
The Springs Karate Club will host a Black Friday Market from 13:00 to 19:00 and have live entertainment and various stalls. For more information, call Hendrehet on 060 995 9261.

• November 2
Insimbi Legacy Projects will host its annual Amazing Race in Springs. The starting point will be at the Springs Mall, and the race will consist of six challenges to compete all over town. Entry fees are R600 for a team of two and R1 000 for a team of four. For more information, call Sharon Jansen van Rensburg on 083 626 6528.

• November 3
A craft market will be held at Horse and Hound in Paul Kruger from 08:00 to 14:00. It is R150 per stall. Call Johann on 082 689 0222.

• November 5
The Springs Senior Citizens Club will hold the last Bingo morning of the year on Tuesday at 10:00. The cost is R40 for eight games, which includes refreshments. Cash prizes to be won. Die Springs se Kersiemark gaan uitstal by die Horse and Hound in Paul Kruger van 08:00 tot 17:00 met vars kersies, lekker kos, speelplek en ‘n vlooimark. Uitstallers wat wil verkoop by die mark kan Anneke Swart kontak op 067 074 8402.

• December 7
Fitness centre Born Fierce will host a hybrid fitness event in collaboration with the Springs SPCA. The event will take place at Born Fierce Functional Fitness at 08:30, and all proceedings will go to the SPCA. For more information, call Nicky on 084 455 2220.

• December 15
The Springs Christmas Craft market will take place at Horse and Hound in Paul Kruger. The market starts at 08:00 and runs till 14:00. The cost for a stall runs R200. For more information, call Johann on 082 689 0222.

• Meat World Springs hosts a food market every Saturday from 06:30 to 14:00. With this, Meat World Springs calls on all vendors to apply to participate. Send your name, ID number and the name and a photograph of the food product you wish to sell for consideration to marketing@meatworld.co.za or call 011 815 1494.

• The Springs Farmers’ Market runs every Saturday. Buy fresh, affordable produce, arts and crafts, delicious food and milk. The venue is Den Akker at President’s Park, and it runs from 07:00 to 12:00. Stall hire for businesses is R150 and R100 for farmers.
