Five gunmen attack and rob couple in Daggafontein

A man was shot after five men forced entry into his shack in Skoonplaas, Daggafontein, on November 5.

According to Springs SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Themba Tshabalala, the man was with his girlfriend in the shack when the intruders entered and demanded money.

“One robber allegedly took cellphones and an undisclosed amount of money,” said Tshabalala.

“They shot the man five times before fleeing the scene.”

The police found four cartridges in the house and have made no arrests yet.
