Public warned of fake list of public employment programme candidates

The City of Ekurhuleni warns the public of a fake candidate list for 2024/25 Ekurhuleni Public Employment Programme (EPEP) that is circulating on social media.

The circulated template was for 2023/24 programme and has no bearing or link with the current recruitment of EPEP candidates.

The public is urged to disregard the purported list, and communication will be issued through the city’s normal communication platforms.

The city is committed to ensuring compliance with the policies governing the recruitment and selection of beneficiaries for any temporary work opportunities.
