Vita Nova Centre will be hosting a family fun day that will start at 10:00. The theme will be Disney Channel characters such as Minnie, Pluto, Goofy and Donald. For more information, contact the centre on 082 372 8139.

Springs Central Air Scouts will he hosting a car wash from 09:00 to 16:00. Come and enjoy something to eat and drink as the scouts make your car squeaky clean. For more information contact Annelesia Laubscher on 079 618 4267.

The Springs Senior Citizens Club will be holding a Bingo morning at 10:00. The cost is R40 for eight games which includes refreshments and cash prizes can be won. The club is situated at 1a Seventh Street North, Springs CBD. For more details contact Pauline Houghton 011 811 0098.

• Meat World Springs hosts a food market every Saturday from 06:30 to 14:00. With this, Meat World Springs is calling on all vendors to apply to participate. • The Springs Farmers’ Market runs every Saturday. Buy fresh, affordable produce, arts and crafts, delicious food and milk. The venue is Den Akker at President’s Park and it runs from 08:00 to 13:00.
