PFC Ladies make a statement with big win over Edenvale

PFC Ladies dominated Edenvale FC with a stunning 7–1 away victory in the SAFA Ekurhuleni Women’s Regional League on April 26, showcasing the strength of their young, rising talent.

Tsakani – PFC Ladies played against Edenvale FC in the SAFA Ekurhuleni – Women’s Regional League in Edenvale on April 26.

The exciting game started on a high note for PFC Ladies as they managed to score two goals in their first half.

“We played the game with so much enthusiasm and focus. We dedicated ourselves to winning and ensured to utilised every opportunity that we could get.

“I am proud to have won a game that we played away from home. This proves that we have always been prepared to win.

“We started the game with our second-division players who were clueless about league games. We are promoting young players this season and giving them the exposure they need and deserve,” explained team coach Sello Bottoman.

The game concluded with a 7-1 score, a victorious win for PCF Ladies.

“We boosted our performance and maintained shape in the second half. This provided my players with motivation and courage.

“This reminded all my players of their positions. This win has truly boosted my team’s confidence and I am happy about that.

“We have spent so much time preparing for this league. We aim to win more games,” added Bottoman.

Edenvale FC coach could not comment.
