Springs Art Gallery opens doors for interactive walkabouts

The walkabout is a chance for learners and the public to interact with competition winners.

The Springs Art Gallery invites local schools and the public to two curator-led walkabouts. These events will allow groups to interact and converse with the 2025 uMsizi noPende Visual Arts Project winners.

“We invite the youth, students from local schools and visual artists to hear more about this latest group art exhibition (Dreams of Change: Finalists’ Group Exhibition) at the conversational walkabout facilitated by lead curator Happy Xaba,” said curator Thabo Sekoaila.

“The walkabouts will also allow the audience to engage with the city’s only civic art gallery and our educational and outreach programmes.”
