EMPD recovers abandoned VW Polo in Springs, vehicle linked to Kempton Park case

Officers from the EMPD Bronberg Precinct recovered an abandoned vehicle in the Springs area on Sunday. The officers received an alert about a suspicious vehicle parked at the corner of Geldenhuis and North streets.

On arrival, a check revealed that the police were seeking it in connection with a case in Kempton Park. The officers followed standard procedures and took the vehicle to Putfontein SAPS.
