A business in New Era, Springs, fell victim to a thief during business hours on September 16.

Prosafe’s Dorette van Zyl told the Springs Advertiser that the thief gained access to the owner’s office and stole two laptops and an iPad.

“He concealed the stolen items in a bag and exited the office,” said Van Zyl, who confirmed that the Springs SAPS had opened a case.
