Community voices uplift Class of 2025

The community encourages learners to stay positive, explore their options and keep working towards their goals.

Charmain Esterhuizen: Getting your results can feel overwhelming, but your results do not define your worth or your future. Stay hopeful, be patient with yourself, and trust that the right doors will open at the right time. Sometimes, delays and detours lead us where we are meant to be. Keep believing in yourself, keep working hard, and don’t be afraid to explore different paths – success looks different for everyone.
Kamohelo Mnyaka: Well done to all of you. Showing up is an achievement in itself. My advice to the matriculants ia to do something and remain consistent. Life does not reward starting something and leaving it unfinished. You gain nothing by saying you once did a course or once worked somewhere. If you start a course, finish it. If you work, keep working and work hard, because your life can change while you are in the field.
Tsholofelo Hope: Huge congratulations to the Class of 2025. This is a stepping stone towards your future. To the matriculants who passed, let this motivate you to chase your dreams. To those who failed or did not get the results they expected, it is not the end of the world. You can rewrite or upgrade your marks. It is okay to start over. Stay focused, stay consistent, and do not compare yourself to anyone else.

Nombulelo Magele: I encourage learners to ensure their documents are updated in case their chosen institutions are full, and to apply to those that take late applications. If they did not meet the requirements, they should check whether the programme offers a bridging course. They are also encouraged to make calls and send emails, as walk-ins are not allowed at most institutions.
Imtiaz Choughlay: A student should focus on their studies and believe that they can achieve their goals in the career they pursue. Stay positive and patient. Your results are just one part of your journey. Focus on what you can control, like exploring alternative paths or preparing for the next step. You worked hard, and you will figure it out. Keep pushing forward. Description: An elderly man wearing a soccer jersey.
