Man arrested in Strubenvale for dealing in dagga

Springs police officers confiscated a large quantity of dagga and related products during a raid at a Strubenvale premises.

A 20-year-old man was arrested during an operation in Strubenvale on April 15 for dealing in dagga.

According to Springs SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Charity Zwane, the raid was conducted by the Springs SAPS Sector 5 manager and crime prevention members.

“Upon searching the premises, the officers found a large quantity of dagga and dagga-related products.

“A man was arrested on a charge of dealing in dagga and detained at Springs SAPS,” she said.
